The present application under Section 24 of C.P.C. has been preferred by the applicant for transfer of proceedings of Case No. M-162/2019 from the Principal Judge, Family Court, Unnao to the equivalent court at District Lucknow. 3. As per the office report, the service of notice upon the respondent is not sufficient. Learned counsel for the applicant, who appears for the husband, states that the respondent-wife has instituted the proceedings at Lucknow, whereas, the applicant has filed the proceedings at Unnano and prays that his proceedings be transferred from District Unnao to Lucknow, in the same Court, where the proceedings have been instituted by the respondent-wife. 4. Considering the inconvenience being faced by the applicant, the present application is allowed. The proceedings pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Unnao are transferred to the equivalent court at District Lucknow.
