Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. and perused the record. 2. The applicant seeks enlargement on bail in FIR No.210 of 2024, under Sections 323, 307, 504 IPC, Police Station Gazipur, District Lucknow. 3. This is the second bail application. The first bail application was rejected by this Court vide order dated 16.07.2024. In the said order, it was observed that the statement of the witnesses be recorded by the trial court with all expedition preferably within a period of one month. 4. While arguing the second bail application, the Counsel for the applicant argues that no statement has been recorded except the statement of the main informant. 5. Learned A.G.A. vehemently opposed the bail prayer. 6. Considering the fact that the main informant has already been examined; the applicant has no criminal antecedents except the petty offences under Section 323, 504 IPC; the applicant is in custody since 22.05.2024 and there is nothing on record to demonstrate that the applicant if enlarged on bail, would in any way adversely affect the trial, I am of the view that the applicant is entitled to be released on bail. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed. 7.
