The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(i) Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties particularly the opposite party no.3 to conduct an enquiry with respect to embezzlement of government fund by the Village Pradhan, Gram Vikas Adhikari and Panchayat Mitra of Village Panchayat Rajparapur Mahmudabad, District Sitapur with regard to Gaushala, Amrit Sarovar, Safai Karmi Kit, Fake job-cards, withdrawal of money in the name of dead person etc. on the complaint of the petitioner dated 4.4.2025 (contained as Annexure No.1 to this writ petition) under Section 95 (1)(g) of U.P. Panchayat Raj Act." 3. Although this Court is not going into the maintainability of the writ petition at the instance of the petitioner, however, the learned Standing Counsel on instructions states that the inquiry proceedings are underway and likely to be concluded expeditiously. 4. In view thereof, no further directions are required. The writ petition is disposed off. 5. This order has been passed in the presence of Sri Ashish Kumar Mishra, who has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of opposite party no.8. The Vakalatnama is taken on record.
