Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) To issue a writ of mandamus commanding the Opposite Parties to immediately remove the illegal encroachment and nuisance of the opposite party No.5 from the Kharanja Road situated in the Abadi area between the house of the petitioner and opposite party no.5 in accordance with law as well as in terms of the removal notice dated 26.10.2024 issued by the Gram Panchayat Adhikari Karmainee, Block Jalalpur, District Ambedkar Nagar." 3. Considering the prayer made, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file an appropriate application under Section 26 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. In case, such an application under Section 26 of the U.P. Revenue Code,2006 is filed, the petitioner would be at liberty to press the same and the same shall be decided within the time as prescribed under the statute. In addition to the same, the petitioner would also be at liberty to avail the remedies as may be available elsewhere.
