This matter has been taken up on the mention being made in the morning seeking liberty to file the petition and be taken up on the same date. 3. The post i.e. Assistant Teacher for which the petitioner is praying to open the website and to create new e-mail ID or to accept offline application is relating to the Government Secondary Schools i.e. G.I.C. and the subject matter is cognizable by the Court dealing with the service matters relating to the State. 4. Besides, Sri R.K. Upadhyaya has informed, on the basis of instructions, that the petitioner was asked to submit her original Dependent of Freedom Fighter Certificate as she was provisionally selected under such category but she has not provided such certificate till 15.12.2020, therefore, her candidature has been cancelled on 16.12.2020 and the information to this effect has been provided to her through Speed Post on her postal address, which has been indicated in this petition itself. The last date for filling up the form is 13.04.2025. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed at this stage. 6. However, it is always open for the petitioner to approach the competent authority for redressal of her grievance, if it is permissible under the law.
