JUDGMENT:-(per Hon’ble Sri Justice Ravi Nath Tilhari)
This appeal has been filed by the appellant/husband being aggrieved from the dismissal of his divorce petition filed under Sections 13(1)(ia) and (ib) of the Hindu Marriage Act,1955, vide order, dated 28.10.2022, passed in H.M.O.P.No.18 of 2018 on the file of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Ramachandrapuram. 2. Pursuant to the order dated 03.09.2025, the parties were referred to the Mediation Centre of this Court for amicable resolution of the dispute. As per the mediation report dated 02.04.2026, vide ROC No.391/APHCMC/2026, the matter has been settled. 3. The mediation report dated 30.03.2026, which is annexed to the report of the Mediation Centre dated 02.04.2026, records that both the parties informed the mediator that they had settled their disputes before their elders and joined together to lead a marital life. A copy of the settlement deed was also annexed to the mediator’s report. 4. Sri B.V. Anjaneyulu, learned counsel for the appellant, submits that through the process of mediation, both the parties are now living together and requests that the present appeal be closed.

5. Recording the aforesaid submission, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is closed. Consequently, I.A. No.1 of 2025, seeking condonation of delay, is also closed. No order as to costs.
