Sandhawalia, Chief Justice (Oral) Relief sought in the present Execution Petition is for implementation of order dated 01.11.2013 passed in CWP No.8369 of 2013 titled Prem Singh vs. State of H.P and others, whereby the case of the petitioner was to be considered in terms of the judgment of the Supreme Court in SLP(Civil) No. 21239- 22009/2011 titled State of H.P and others vs. Som Nath and others, decided on 7th May, 2013. 2. Defence of the State as such is that the petitioner 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 having been engaged in the year 1990 and having received work charge status w.e.f. 01.01.2000 in view of Mool Raj regularization policy, is not entitled for parity under Rakesh verdict. 3. Faced with this situation, the counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the present Execution Petition and prays for liberty to file a separate petition to challenge the same in case he is still aggrieved. 4. Accordingly, the Execution petition is disposed off with the aforesaid liberty. 5. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of accordingly. ( G.S.
