Heard the counsel for the petitioner and Sri Aasif Razzaque Khan who appears for the opposite party no.3 - respondent bank. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner against the action of the respondent Bank in trying to recover the dues payable to the respondent bank. 3. The counsel for the petitioner, based upon the statement of account on record, states that an amount of Rs.8,25,000/- and odd is due and payable, however, the petitioner being the poor person is unable to pay the entire amount, as such, seeks installment to pay the said amount. 4. Considering the said request, the present petition is disposed off providing that the recovery issued against the petitioner shall not be initiated subject to depositing an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- (Two Lakhs) on or before 31.05.2025. 5. The balance amount of approximately Rs.6,25,000/- along with interest shall be paid by the petitioner in four quarterly installments of Rs.1,60,000/- each. Meaning thereby, the first installment shall be paid by 31.08.2025, the second installment by 30.11.2025, third installment by 28.02.2026 and the last installment with overdue interest by 31.05.2026. 6. In case of default in payment of any of the installments, the present order shall automatically come to an end and the respondent Bank will have right to recover the loan amount in accordance with law.
