The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) To direct the opposite party No. 2 i.e. Commissioner Devi Patan Mandal Gonda to decide the interim relief application as well as condonation of delay filed by the petitioner in appeal No. C20250800000421 under section 13(3) U.P. Essential Commodities (Regulation of sale and Distribution Control) order 2016 within a stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble court in the interest of justice. " 3. Considering the fact that the delay condonation application has been filed and an interim relief application has also been filed, the present petition is disposed of directing the appellate authority to decide the delay condonation application and if the delay is condoned, pass orders on the interim relief application also, preferably within a period of three weeks from today, in accordance with law.
