Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner’s services have been terminated vide notice dated 25.01.2017 (Annexure P/1) but his salary arrears for the period from October, 2016 to 25.02.2017, including one month salary in lieu of termination notice has not been paid to him and, therefore, the respondent No.3 may be directed for payment of salary arrears to the petitioner. 3. Be that as it may, the petitioner is allowed to file a comprehensive representation along with copy of this order and other relevant documents before respondent No.3/competent authority for redressal of his grievance within three weeks from today, and, in turn, the respondent No.3/competent authority is directed to consider the said representation of the petitioner and if the payment of salary arrears is due, it shall be released within one month from the date of receipt of the said representation. 4.
