Learned Standing Counsel on the basis of instructions has opposed the petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would be suffice if he is permitted to give the fresh representation to the respondent no. 4, who may be directed to decide the same. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to this innocuous prayer. In view of the above, without entering into the merit of the case, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before respondent No.4 i.e. District Program Officer (Bal Vikas), District Sitapur within two weeks from today and in case, such a representation is submitted, the same shall be decided by respondent no. 4 within a further period of four weeks by passing a reasoned and speaking order.
