Considering the fact that the petitioner is aged about 80 years and the suit is pending since 2017, the present petition is disposed of directing the trial court to endeavour to decide the said suit expeditiously. It is specifically directed that no unnecessary adjournment shall be granted either of the parties and all efforts shall be made to decide the suit expeditiously.
