JUSTICE RAJESH KUMAR For the Petitioner : Mr. Niraj Kishore, Advocate For the Respondents : Ms. Ruchi Mukhi, A.C. to A.A.G-IA 02/28.07.2025 The instant writ petition has been filed with the following relief:- “ For direction upon the respondent no. 4 to give no objection certificate for the sale in connection with Khata No. 34, Plot No.711, area 5.57 decimals of Mouza- Abadganj, P.O. & P.S.- Daltonganj which is raiyati land of agricultural khata as per letter no. 60 dated 24.05.2011 respondent no. 5 recommendation to respondent no. 4 after enquiry that land in question does not belong to Khas Mahal ( lease land) and requested to get the sale deed registered in the name of petitioner, but despite of that recommendation, respondent no.4 did not give no objection certificate with any reason”. 2. It has been informed by learned counsel for the petitioner that during pendency of the writ petition, petitioner has died. In view of death of the writ petitioner, permission has been sought for withdrawal of the writ petition with a liberty to work out his remedy in accordance with law, if the legal heir, so desires. 3.
