Talukdar, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. K. K. Parasar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam. 2. This application has been filed praying for correcting of the the typographical errors appearing in the order dated 27.05.2025, passed by this Court in AB No.467/2025. 3. In the said order, Panbazar P. S. Case No.40/2025 was mentioned, whereas, it should have been Changsari P. S. Case No.12/2025. 4. It was a typographical error. 5. Therefore the error stands corrected. 6. Henceforth, Panbazar P. S. Case No.40/2025, appearing in the order dated 27.05.2025 passed by this Court in AB No.467/2025 shall be read as Changsari P. S. Case No.12/2025. 7. Moreover, the learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out that in the aforesaid case, Police filed the Charge-Sheet against two other persons and against the present petitioner, Police has filed the final report, because Police could not collect any materials against him. Page No.# 3/3 8. For that matter, the direction asking the petitioner, Sibu Choudhury to appear before the Trial Court on 09.06.2025 for seeking regular bail is also set aside. 9. He need not appear before the Trial Court for seeking regular bail. 10. This order shall form a part of the order dated 27.05.2025 passed by this Court in AB No.467/2025. 11.
