The petitioner has challenged a notice dated 26.12.2024 issued by the Executive Officer, Nagar Palika Parishad, Mahmudabad, Sitapur, on the ground that the land has been dug only to the extent of about one and half meters and there is a sanctioned map in favour of the petitioner. 3. If it is so, the petitioner should respond to the notice dated 26.12.2024, which has been impugned herein. The said notice shall be treated as a notice to the petitioner to show cause and after the response is submitted by the petitioner within one week, the same would be considered and any further action would be taken only thereafter. 4. If any other notice has been issued after the impugned notice, the petitioner shall respond to the same also. 5. If the petitioner does not respond within one week, it is open for the opposite parties to proceed as per law. 6. As regards action by the Mineral Department, if any, the same shall remain unaffected by our order, as, that is not the subject matter of this writ petition. 7. The writ petition is disposed of.
