Mr. Raunak Pant, learned counsel for respondent no.3. 4. Delay in filing the short counter affidavit is condoned for the reasons stated in the affidavit. Delay condonation application (IA No.3/2025) thus stands disposed of. Counter affidavit filed on behalf of the State is taken on record. 5. In the short counter affidavit, it has been stated by learned State Counsel that after investigation, charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioner on 06.01.2025. 6. In view of the statement made by learned State Counsel, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. 7. However, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the charge-sheet in appropriate proceedings before the appropriate Forum. 8.
