After filing of the charge sheet, no charge has been framed till now and no witness has been examined. 4. Let the Trial Court examine the victim girl. After that, the petitioner shall have the liberty to approach this Court again by filing a fresh bail application. With the aforesaid direction, the present bail application stands disposed of.
