The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of respondent No. 3, by representation dated 17.02.2025, in not considering the petitioner's representation. On 22.02.2025, the petitioner again sent a representation to respondent No. 2 for not taking any 2 action on the petitioner's representation dated 17.02.2025, but respondent No. 3 has not acted upon it. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the Home submits that the petitioner’s representation dated 17.02.2025 will be considered by the respondent No.3, as per law. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to dispose off the Writ Petition at the stage of admission itself, directing respondent No. 3 to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 17.02.2025, in accordance with law and as per the procedure contemplated under Section 173 (3) of BNSS, 2023. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed off. There shall be no order as to costs.
