Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to direct the learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Ambedkar Nagar to expeditiously decide the Original Suit No.269 of 1997 (Rajendra & Others Versus Shyam Bihari & Others) pending in the Court of Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division) Ambedkar Nagar, since 15.4.1997, according to law within time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Considering the fact that the suit is pending since 1997, it is directed that the concerned court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending suit with all expedition, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
