Petitioner had participated in the process for allotment of retail outlet by Indian Oil Corporation but found ineligible. Opposite party no.5 on being found eligible was allotted the retail outlet which has been commissioned in December, 2024. The petitioner did not submit the complaint against such allotment within the stipulated thirty days, therefore, the complaint was rejected on 06.01.2025 by an order copy of which is annexed as Annexure no.7 which has not been challenged. Now, the petitioner says that procedure for allotment was not followed. 4. We see no reason to interfere in the matter at this stage especially as petitioner does not say that he was eligible and was incorrectly held to be ineligible. 5. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed only for this reason. 6. Our order will not come in the way if opposite parties on their own initiate any process of inquiry into the aspect of the allotment procedure. (Om Prakash Shukla,J.) (Rajan Roy,J.)
