PUBLIC PROSECUTOR (AP) The Court made the following: ORDER: This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR.No.56 of 2021, dated 14.03.2021 on the file of Disha Police Station, Vijayawada, Krishna District. 2. Today when the petition is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has produced a copy of instructions of the Inspector of Police, Disha Police Station, Vijayawada, Krishna District, dated 24.02.2025 wherein it is stated that the Police, after due investigation, have filed a charge sheet on 15.04.2021 vide CC.No.2077 of 2021 before the jurisdictional court and that the case is posted to 06.03.2025 for trial. 3. In view of the fact that a charge sheet vide CC.No.2077 of 2021 has already been filed on 15.04.2021, pending the present petition, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. 4. Permission as sought for is accorded. Accordingly, this criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with a liberty to challenge the aforesaid charge sheet, if at all aggrieved by the same.
