Sri Jameel Ahmad Khan Advocate, respondent- contemnor, who is present in Court has tendered his unconditional apology. In his reply, he has stated that he has long standing legal practice of more than 50 years and no other such incident was ever occurred . The allegation against the contemnor is that he has used abusive language in court while arguing the case, but no specific details are provided as to what language has been used by the contemnor. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the age of the respondent-contemnor as well as the fact that he has never been involved in any other such incident in his long standing legal practice of more than 50 years, his unconditional apology is accepted with caution that the contemnor shall remain careful in future.
