Sri Amrendra Pratap Singh, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent has filed affidavit of compliance duly sworn by Mr. Om Prakash Gupta, Deputy Director Of Education, Ayodhya Mandal, Ayodhya, which is taken on record. Sri Amrendra Submits that representation of the applicant has already been decided vide order dated 28.07.2025, hence, no contempt is made out. 2. Considering the contents of the order passed by the writ Court as well as affidavit of compliance, this Court is of the view that the order of the writ Court has already been complied with. Therefore, the contempt application is dismissed. 3. However, it is open to the applicant to take appropriate remedy, if he is feeling aggrieved with the decision of competent authority.
