The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To decide the Civil Suit No. 889/2013 (Maya Devi and others Vs. Haricharan and others), which has been pending before the Additional Civil Judge (JD), Court No. 1 Lakhimpur Kheri since 2013, as contained in Annexure No. 1 to this petition." 3. Considering the fact that the suit is pending since 2013, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending suit with all expedition, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
