At the outset, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner will be satisfied for the time being if the present petition is be disposed of by issuing a simple direction to the Secretary, CAF&PD, Manipur to consider the representation dated 11.03.2025 submitted by the petitioner on its own merit and strictly interms of applicable rules and guidelines and to dispose of the same by issuing a speaking order within a stipulated period. Mrs. L. Monomala, learned GA appearing for the respondents fairly submitted that as the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner is confined to the consideration and disposal of the representation submitted by them, she has no objection in disposing of the writ petition as prayed for by the counsel appearing for the petitioner. (II) It is made clear that whole process should be completed within a period of 2(two) months from the date receipt of certified copy of this order.
