Perusal of the Communication No. DJ/ MND/C.Ahl/2025-8180, dated 27.11.2025, received from the District and Sessions Judge, [Civil and Sessions Division], Mandi, District, Mandi, H.P. reveals that pursuant to enhancement of pecuniary jurisdiction, the instant matter was transferred to the concerned District & Sessions Judge and the same stands disposed off on 01.08.2025. Now the claimants have moved an application for release of the compensation amount before the Learned District & Sessions Judge, Mandi, which stands deposited in this Court. 3. Upon listing of the instant application, Learned State Counsel does not oppose the prayer made in the communication dated 27.11.2025, sent by Learned District & Sessions Judge, Mandi (HP). 4. In these circumstances, Registry is directed to remit the amount to the Court of Learned District & Sessions Judge Mandi (HP), within two weeks, with directions to Learned District & Sessions Judge Mandi (HP) to proceed further on the application for release, in accordance with law.
