Two demand drafts of ₹10,00,000/- and ₹15,00,000/- aggregating to a sum of ₹25,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Lakhs only) have been handed over in Court today by learned counsel for the respondent to the father of the appellant-wife, Mr. Kaptan Singh Dabas, in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 09.12.2025. 3. Father of the appellant-wife, Mr. Kaptan Singh Dabas present in court acknowledges receipt of the aforesaid demand drafts. Learned This is a digitally signed order.
