Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel. 2. The instant contempt application has been filed by the applicants alleging disobedience of the order dated 13.12.2024 passed by this Court in Writ-A No. 4414 of 2024. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the order of the writ Court has not been complied with in letter and spirit, hence, the respondents may be summoned and punished accordingly. 4. Sri Sunil Bajpai, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the writ Court had directed to take decision on the representation of the applicant and the decision has already been taken on 03.03.2025, hence, no contempt is made out. 5. Considering the contents of the order of the writ Court as well as affidavit of compliance, this Court is of the view that no contempt is made out. Accordingly, the contempt application is dismissed. 6. However, it is open to the applicants to take appropriate remedy at the appropriate forum, if they are feeling aggrieved with the decision of the authority.
