Learned Standing Counsel has instructions to inform the Court that for widening of Ram Nagar Mahadeva Marg, part of Gata No.65, situated in Village Lodhaura, Tehsil Ram Nagar, District Barabanki may be required, however, as there is a dispute between the khatedars, of which, the authorities are aware, therefore, as of now neither the land has been purchased nor any work has been undertaken on the said Gata.
