I have seen reliefs claimed in both the miscellaneous applications, this Court is of the opinion that by filing the subsequent miscellaneous application under Section 528 of the BNSS Act, the process of the Court was abused and this Court cannot permit to do so. 7 . At this stage, learned counsel for the applicants wants to withdraw the present C528 application. 8 . Only for the reason that the advocate appearing for the applicants is a junior advocate, therefore, instead of taking some stringent action against her, she is permitted to withdraw the present C528 application. 9 . Accordingly, the present C528 application is dismissed as withdrawn.
