For Petitioner(s) : None For Respondent(s) : Ms. Pankaj Sharma JUSTICE ANOOP KUMAR DHAND Order 24/07/2025 This Court has taken note of the fact that the counsel, who was appearing on behalf of the petitioners passed away, hence the office was directed to issue Court notice to the petitioners as well as to inform other counsels, who signed the Vakaltnama on their behalf. As per office report, Court notice was issued to the engaged counsel but inspite of that, none appeared on behalf of the petitioners. (2 of 2) [CW-5168/2010] It appears that petitioners have lost their interest in prosecuting this matter and this petition is pending before this Court since 2010. Hence under these circumstances, the present petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. However, the petitioners would be at liberty to move an application for revival of this petition, in case, any cause of action/grievance still survives. (ANOOP KUMAR DHAND),J Ashu/89
