In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has filed a compliance affidavit of the opposite party disclosing that an order dated 25.02.2025 has been passed by the Director of Fisheries, U.P., rejecting the representation filed by the applicant. The order dated 25.02.2025 has also been annexed to the affidavit. As the order passed by the writ court has been complied with by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application. The application is disposed of and consigned to records. Notice issued to the opposite party is discharged. It is clarified that in case the applicant has any grievance against the order dated 25.02.2025, he shall be at liberty to challenge the said order on merits before appropriate forum.
