Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "I. Issue a Writ, Order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 24.12.2024 passed by the respondent No.3 in Case No. 4596/2016 (Computerized Case No. T2016143658014596) "Nayyar Alam Vs. State". II. Issue a Writ, Order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents not to create any third party rights regarding the property in dispute being Arazi/Gata Nos. 441/- 07, 442/2-29 Acres situate at Mauja Chak Shah Gayas, Paragan Anguli, Teshil Shahganj, District Jaunpur" 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha as well as learned Standing Counsel that against the orders impugned, the petitioner has alternative statutory remedy of filing an appeal. 4. In view of above, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy as available to him under the law.
