The present petition has been filed for the following relief:- "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the order dated 24.03.2025 passed by Consolidation Officer Kheri in Case No. 227 of 2025 "Khalida Begam and others Vs. Liyakat Khan" as contained Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition. (ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties maintain the records as if no order dated 24.03.2025 has been passed and not to disturbed the peaceful possession of the petitioners." On being confronted, after taking note of the fact that compliance of order dated 12.03.2025, which is still intact, has been made by the Consolidation Officer in exercise of power provided under Rule 109-A (1) of the U. P. Revenue Code Rules 2016, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the present writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. Considering the facts of the case it is expected from the Gaon Sabha and the State to do needful in the matter before the authority concerned. . (Saurabh Lavania,J.)
