Heard the petitioner in person and Sri Prashant Kumar Srivastava, who has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent- Bank. The Vakalatnama is taken on record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to challenge an order dated 08.10.2024 passed by the DRT whereby, it was observed by the DRT that the application filed by the petitioner under Order VII Rule 11 of C.P.C. shall be decided along with the final disposal of the case. 3. Considering the mandate of Section 22 read with Section 19 (24) of DRT Act, I do not see any reason to interfere with the discretion exercised by the DRT at this stage under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. 4.
