The petitioners have claimed the benefit of increments from the date of their initial appointment. 2. Ms. Pratibha Sahu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners were appointed to the post of Assistant Grade-III and Computer Operator respectively vide order dated 13.10.2010. She would further submit that according to one of 3 the conditions of the appointment order, the petitioners were required to pass the Hindi typing examination within 02 years and thereafter they would be entitled to get the benefit of increments. She would also submit that the petitioners passed Hindi typing examination afterwards therefore they are entitled to get the benefit of increments from the date of their initial appointment. She would pray that a direction may be issued to the respondent authorities to extend the benefit of the increments. 3. On the other hand, Mr. R.S. Marhas, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the State/respondents would submit that there was a specific condition in the order of appointment that the petitioners/appointed Assistant Grade-III and Computer Operator would be entitled to get the benefit of increments immediately after passing the Hindi typing examination. He would further submit that the petitioners passed the Hindi typing examination later on and immediately thereafter the benefit of increments was extended to the petitioners. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents. 5. Admittedly, there was a specific condition in the order of appointment; the petitioners could not pass the Hindi typing examination within a period of 02 years and when they passed that examination, the benefit was extended, therefore, in the opinion of this Court, no case is made out of interference. 6.
