2025:JHHC:20301 1 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JHARKHAND AT RANCHI Criminal Revision No.688 of 2025 ------ 1. Vinod Kumar Bhagat @ Vinod Bhagat, S/o Late Bradraj Bhagat. 2. Rajesh Kumar Bhagat @ Rajesh Bhagat, S/o Late Bradraj Bhagat. … … Petitioners Versus 1. Most. Savitri Devi, W/o Late Bradraj Bhagat. 2. Manoj Bhagat, S/o Late Bradraj Bhagat. … … Opp. Parties ------ CORAM : SRI ANANDA SEN, J. ------ For the Petitioner : Mr. Vinay Kumar Tiwary, Advocate Mr. Ranjit Kumar Tiwary, Advocate For the O.P. : -- ------ 04/ 24.07.2025 Heard the party. 2. Learned counsel representing the petitioners submits that they are ready to pay the amount of maintenance to the mother but the Court has failed to take into consideration that there are three brothers but only two have been made party and the third one has been left out. 3. After hearing the parties and going through the impugned order, I find that there is no illegality or irregularity in the order. The Court has directed these petitioners to make payment of only Rs.4,000/- and 3,000/- respectively, as maintenance to opposite party No.1, who is none but the mother of these petitioners. The issue as to whether the third son has been made a party or not, is immaterial for this purpose. 4. Since the amount is too meagre and the petitioners are admittedly the sons of opposite party No.1 and as per the order, they are not taking care of their mother, I find that there is no illegality or impropriety in the impugned order. 5. With the aforesaid observation, this Criminal Revision Petition stands dismissed. (ANANDA SEN, J.) Prashant.Cp-3
