Raghunandan Rao) Learned Special Government Pleader, in the office of the Learned Advocate General, on instructions, submits that the detenues have been arrested, on 26.03.2025, in Crime No.59 of 2025 registered with the Gampalagudem police station has produced before the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court in Mylavaram, which is the in-charge Court, and the deteneus had been remanded to judicial custody and are presently lodged in Sub-Jail, Nuzividu. 2. In view of the fact that a remand order has already been passed, nothing further survives in the Writ Petition and accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed leaving it open to the petitioner or the detenues to agitate their rights in an appropriate forum.
