To direct the opposite party no. 1, Civil Judge (J.D.) Sadar, Pratapgarh to decide the Original Suit No. 1336 of 2022, Rajesh Kumar and others Vs. Mata Prasad and others filed by the petitioners expeditiously within stipulated time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Considering the relief as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to move an appropriate application for expeditious disposal before the Court concerned which shall be considered in accordance with law and in terms of the administrative guidelines issued by this Court.
