Pandey, learned senior counsel assisted by Sri Varun Pandey for respondent no. 1 to 3 and learned AGA for the State and perused the material on record. 2. This writ petition has been filed with following relief:- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding and directing the Central Registrar of Cooperative Societies (opposite party no. 3) to file a complaint under section 27 of the Banning of Unregulated Deposit Schemes Act, 2019 against the Loni Urban Multi State Credit and Thrift Cooperative Society (opposite party no. 16) and its authorities who are responsible for the management and affairs of the society." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners admits that till now, no representation under section 27 of the Act is made before the Regulator by the depositor for taking appropriate action. 4. In the given circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to move an appropriate representation before the Regulator. 5.
