Mr. L.N.Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General and Mr. T.R.Sharma, learned Counsel, appear and waive service of notice on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 4 and respondent No.5, respectively. 2. This writ petition has been filed for grant of following substantive reliefs: - 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes - 2 - i That the respondents may be ordered to count the entire service of the petitioner rendered in the H.P. State Forest Corporation for the purpose of pension and other retiral benefits and his date of appointment may be read as 13.12.1989. ii. That the petitioner may be ordered to be paid pension w.e.f. 30.06.2018 with all consequential benefits and pension and other retiral benefits may be ordered to be revised in the light of the latest judgment..” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the issue involved and the relief prayed for by the petitioner has already been adjudicated State of H.P. and Ors Vs. Baldev Singh2. It is seen that the petitioner has not filed any representation in this regard to the competent authority. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be content in case petitioner is permitted to file representation. Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to this prayer. 4. Having regard to above submissions but without examining the merits of the matter, this petition is disposed by permitting the petitioner to file representation within two weeks, which shall be decided by the respondents/competent authority within six weeks from the date of receipt of the 2 LPA No. 57 of 2017, decided alongwith connected matters on 29.10.2024. - 3 - same, keeping in view the aforesaid judgment.
