This is the second bail application of the applicant. Vide order dated 25.11.2024 passed by this Court in MCRC No. 7592 of 2024, the first bail application of the applicant was dismissed as withdrawn. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the applicant is in jail since 13.07.2024 and the trial of the case is not in considerable progress therefore, the applicant has filed this second bail application. 2 3. On the other hand, learned State counsel opposes the bail application and submitted that on 20.01.2025, the prosecution witnesses Nos. 4 & 5 have been examined and the trial is in progress. Therefore, the applicant is not entitled for grant of bail. 4. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, particularly considering the fact that trial is going on and the prosecution witnesses being regularly examined, therefore, I do not find any good ground to admit this second bail application of the applicant. 5. Accordingly, the present second bail application of the applicant is dismissed at the motion hearing stage.
