Momo, learned sr. counsel assisted by Ms. N. Diana, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Th. Sukumar, learned GA for the State respondent and Md. Ajmal Hussain, learned counsel for some of the respondent in W.P. (C) No. 1015 of 2019. [2] The petitioner/applicant has filed the present MC(W.P. (C)) No. 414 of 2025 to consider the case of the petitioner/applicant for appointment as Staff Nurses in Jawaharlal Nehru Institute of Medical Sciences (JNIMS), Imphal against the available vacant posts as directed by this Court in order dated 13.05.2019 in W.P. (C) No. 110 of 2018 with W.P. (C) No. 851 of 2018 and other available vacancies. [3] The learned sr. counsel for the petitioners submits that the misc. application may be disposed of by giving innocuous direction to the respondent to consider the case of the petitioner as prayed for. [4] Mr. Th. Sukumar, learned GA for the State respondent has no objection in passing innocuous order without any directions for appointment.
