This first bail application has been filed with regard to Case Crime No. 0192 of 2024 under Sections 147, 148, 149, 308, 323, 504, 506 IPC and Section 308 is converted under Section 307 IPC, P.S. Cantt., District Faizabad/Ayodhya. 3. Learned counsel for applicant on the basis of instructions, however, submits that applicant has not yet been taken under remand or is in jail. 4. In view of such submission, this Court does not find the bail application to be maintainable and is accordingly rejected granting liberty to applicant to approach appropriate Court in appropriate proceedings. 5.
