Though the case has been registered in the year 2021, so far trial has not been commenced. Therefore, seeks for speedy disposal and this petition has been filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that based on the complaint of the petitioner, a case has been registered in Cr.No.76 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections (*) 419 of IPC and 66 (D) of I.T Act . After completion of investigation, they have filed the charge sheet before the concerned Court. The case is posted for appearance of the accused persons.
