The learned counsel for the petitioner filed memo commonly in all the above said C.R.Ps, dated 09.04.2025 seeking permission to vacate the E.P. schedule property within a period of six months. For which, the learned counsel for the respondent filed objections dated 17.04.2025 stating that the petitioner is only adopting delaying tactics when the duration of the crop itself is 120 days. It is nothing but an attempt to postpone the delivery of 2. possession. 3. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the petitioner is directed to vacate the E.P. schedule property within a period of three months from today. No further extension will be considered. Unconditionally the petitioner shall vacate before the expiry of the said period of three (03) months. The petitioner shall file an undertaking affidavit before the Executing Court enclosing this order copy.
