The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). Issue an order or direction thereby commanding and directing the respondent no. 1 to expedite the proceedings and decide the Divorce Suit No. 382 of 2022 under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, titled as Rambaran Pal Vs. Sapna Pal within the time bound period as may be deemed fit and fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. It is argued by the counsel for the petitioner that the issues have not been framed. 4. In view of the said statement, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file an application for early hearing. The trial Court shall endeavour to decide the proceedings expeditiously without giving any unnecessary adjournment to either of the party.
