JUSTICE RAJESH KUMAR For the Petitioner : Mr. Rakesh Kumar Gupta, Advocate For the Respondents : Mr. Ashwini Bhushan, A.C to Sr. S.C.-II 02/29.07.2025 The instant writ petitioner has been filed for the following relief: “ For issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders direction/directions may be to the Respondents for that the necessary correction in the Order dated 24.05.2023 (Annexure-5) in Misc. Case No. 545/2018 passed by the Sub Division Magistrate -cum- Sub Division Officer, Sahibganj as such also application presented on 12.12.2024 by the Petitioner for necessary correction before the Sub Division Magistrate -cum-Sub Division Officer, Sahibganj, Whereby and where under the in the Order dated 24.05.2023 in Misc. Case No. 545/2018 passed by the Sub Division Magistrate -cum- Sub Division Officer, Sahibganj has been wrongly typed due to typical error only in the heading of the nomenclature of the Case number as Cr. Misc. Case No. 545/2018 in spite of the Misc. Case No. 545/2018 which has been passed u/s19 of the Jharkhand Building (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 2011. AND Further also prays may for the clarification that the proceedings of the Misc. Case No. 545/2018 were the civil proceedings passed u/s 19 of the Jharkhand Building (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 2025:JHHC:20874 2 W.P.(C) No. 3092 of 2025 2011 to vacate the rental premises. 2. It has been submitted by both the parties that there is a technical error in the nomenclature of the case number as it has been wrongly typed in the heading as Cr. Misc. Case No. 545 of 2018, while it should be Misc. Case No. 545 of 2018. 3. In that view of the matter, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No.3 i.e., Sub Divisional Magistrate-cum- Sub Divisional Officer, Sahibganj to make necessary correction in the order sheet of the said order dated 24.05.2023 and supply a free copy to both the parties. 3. This exercise must be done within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. (Rajesh Kumar, J.) A.Mohanty
