Sri Mohan Singh, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No.5 by filing his vakalatnama in Court today, which is taken on record. 4. Sri Mohan Singh, learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 5, has submitted that the present writ petition filed in public interest is rather motivated by a personal enmity between the petitioner and the respondent No. 5. It is further stated that an F.I.R. was lodged by the petitioner against the family members of the Village Pradhan, and on conclusion of investigation in furtherance thereof, a police report has come to be filed before the competent court. 5. In view of an evident situation of enmity between the parties, the motive behind instituting the present writ petition appears to be swayed away by personal enmity. 6. When the case was called out in the revised list, none has put in appearance on behalf of he petitioner. 7. The present writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed for want of prosecution.
