He further submits that the suit is pending from the year 2023 without any progress. Hence, he seeks expeditious disposal of the suit. 4.In view of the above submission, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.15 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible based upon the seniority of the cases.
